Automatic renewal — please read before you order
- This is a subscription that renews automatically. If you select a subscription option, you are enrolling in a continuous service that continues until you cancel it.
- Amount charged. The recurring price, billing frequency, and shipment frequency for each option are shown next to that option above and again on the checkout page and your order confirmation. Shipping and applicable tax are added at checkout.
- When you are charged. Your first charge is made when you place the order. Each later charge is made on the same schedule as the option you selected, using the payment method on file, without further action by you.
- Price changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to your recurring price or billing frequency takes effect, and you may cancel before that change applies.
- How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time, with no phone call required, at hczmtrading.com/pages/manage-subscription, from the link in any subscription email, or by emailing support@hczmtrading.com. Cancelling takes the same number of steps as signing up.
- Cancellation deadline. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to stop that charge. Cancellations received after that point take effect on the following billing cycle.
- Cancelling is not the same as returning. Cancelling stops future charges and shipments. It does not by itself refund an order already placed. Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.
- Reminders. We send a renewal reminder by email before each charge, and at least one reminder every 12 months for as long as your subscription is active.
